Job Description:
SFEFC seeks a passionate individual interested in serving God and working with children and family. The Children & Family Ministry Pastor is responsible for providing spiritual leadership and administrative oversight for all children’s ministry programs, outreach efforts (After School Program and Summer Day Camp), and implementing new outreach programs for families. This role focuses on creating a safe, fun, engaging, and biblically grounded environment where children can encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and feel connected to the church community.

Key Responsibilities:

[Evangelism & Outreach]
– After School Program
– Manage, train, and supervise tutors
– Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements
– Summer Day Camp
– Implement, oversee, and supervise annual program
– Recruit counselors and volunteers
– Parenting workshops and visitation
– Outreach to students’ families
– Implement evangelistic events and outreach programs

[Teaching & Discipleship]
– Oversee and teach children Sunday School
– Train and develop children ministry workers
– Preach occasionally
– Nurture spiritual growth of children and families

[Administration]
– Weekly staff meeting
– Monthly ministry meeting
– Maintain safety compliance and records

Qualifications:
– Born-again evangelical Christian
– Agreement with SFEFC (EFCA) Statement of Faith
– Theological training (M.Div. or equivalent)
– Experience in children’s ministry
– Fluent in English and able to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin

兒童與家庭事工傳道
========================

職位說明：
三藩市播道會 (SFEFC) 誠聘一位熱心服侍神，並有興趣參與兒童及家庭事工的弟兄或姊妹。兒童與家庭事工傳道負責為所有兒童事工、外展事工（課後輔導班及暑期日營）提供屬靈領導及行政監督，並推動及執行新的家庭外展事工。此職位著重建立一個安全、有趣、具吸引力且以聖經真理為根基的環境，使兒童能夠認識耶穌、在信仰上成長，並與教會群體建立連結。

主要職責：

【傳福音與外展】
– 課後輔導班
– 管理、培訓及督導導師執行日常工作
– 評估事工成效，並按需要作出調整與改善
– 暑期日營
– 策劃、統籌、督導及推行三藩市播道會每年暑期日營事工
– 招募營會輔導員及義工
– 家長工作坊及探訪
– 向學生家庭作關懷與外展
– 推動佈道聚會及各類外展事工

【教導與門訓】
– 督導並教導兒童主日學
– 培訓及栽培兒童事工同工
– 按需要負責講道
– 牧養兒童及其家庭的屬靈生命成長

【行政工作】
– 參與每週同工會議
– 參與每月事工會議
– 維持安全規範之落實及相關記錄

資格要求：
– 重生得救之福音派基督徒
– 認同三藩市播道會（EFCA）之信仰聲明
– 具神學裝備（道學碩士 M.Div. 或同等學歷）
– 具兒童事工經驗
– 英語流利，並能以粵語／國語溝通
